To begin the application process, please fill out and submit the application provided. Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Once we receive your application a representative will contact you.

  • Each adult who will reside in the home must fill out an application. Children under the age of 18 must be named in the “Additional Inhabitants” section on one application. 

  • Once submitted, a copy of the Background Check Authorization Form will be emailed to you, at the email(s) provided on the application, for digital signature. In order for us to process your application, we must receive this signed form back, along with a copy of your ID(s), AND the Application Fee. 

  • There is a non-refundable Application Fee of $100.00 per adult. This fee pays for a credit and background check. We accept payments through personal check, cashiers check, money order, cash or direct deposit (we do not accept cards, cash-apps or Zelle payments). A representative will contact you to provide details of payment. 

  • Credit and Background Checks: We are looking for a history of evictions and credit. If an applicant has generally poor credit or a history of eviction, we may ask for proof of income and/or for an Additional Security Deposit at lease signing.

  • Pets: There is a one-time, non-refundable $100.00 pet fee, per pet. Fee due at lease signing (fee void for service animals with proof of registration). Liability Insurance may be required for "dangerous" breeds.   

  • Once your application is processed and accepted, we will provide you a copy of your lease for review and a lease signing date. First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent & Security Deposit are due at signing to execute the lease. 

  • Please note, the Application Fee does not hold the unit from being shown to other interested parties. To hold the unit, we ask for a non-refundable Holding Deposit, equal to one month's rent. Once the lease is signed, this Holding Deposit becomes your Security Deposit. 

  • Commercial Units ONLY: WiFi is not included for business purposes, only as a courtesy for customers/clients. Lease terms may vary, and are subject to change/negotiation. Businesses are required to have all necessary licenses prior to opening for operation. For retail and commercial business, a 2% of gross sales is standard on our leases for certain shared marketing costs. Certificate Of Insurance and liability insurance policy are required prior to opening for operation (see terms in lease for more info).
